  2. Arguably good point. Considering America wouldn't have been so named but for a European, they probably just laughed at the circular reasoning of it all.

    What was the continent called before that? Home? Land? The great earth?

    That would be interesting currency. A "Great Earth" dollar.

    It has a nice ring to it.
